Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to MP40 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "MP40"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual who uses the MP40 website, mobile app, and related services.
By registering on or using mp40, you are automatically deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform and get in touch with us.
Important: These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. MP40 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; however, 30 days' notice will be given prior to any significant changes.
- These terms should be read alongside mp40's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
- These terms are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bangla version shall be considered the definitive version.
- mp40 is committed to ensuring the highest level of protection and transparency for all users.
Article 2
Account Registration & Membership
Having an active mp40 account is essential to access all platform features. Registration is completely free and straightforward — however, providing accurate information during sign-up is mandatory.
- Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed, and deposited funds may be forfeited.
- The name, address, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited.
- As part of the account verification (KYC) process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport.
- Opening an account using someone else's identity is a serious offence and will result in legal action.
- If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact mp40 support immediately.
Warning: mp40 reserves the right to suspend any account and forfeit its balance at any time if false information is used during registration or if another person's identity is assumed.

Age & Eligibility Requirements
Mp40 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward underage use of the platform.
- During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- mp40 may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
- If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
- Parents and guardians, please ensure that minors do not have access to MP40. Responsibility for any misuse lies with the guardian.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
MP40 supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh. Ensuring fast and secure transactions is one of our top priorities.
Minimum Deposit
A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required per transaction.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳200.
Processing Time
Most withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
Payment Methods
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the account. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
- MP40 strictly adheres to anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious transactions will be investigated.
- MP40 is not responsible for delays caused by issues with bank or mobile banking services.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
MP40 offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals exclusively for members. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
- Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified period after receiving a bonus (typically 7–30 days).
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- mp40 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- When using a bonus code, the bonus will apply only after the code has been successfully activated.
Abusing the bonus system, using bots, or placing bets in coordinated patterns will be treated as fraud against MP40 and will result in account termination.
Section 6
Betting Rules
There are certain fundamental rules that must be followed when placing bets on mp40. These rules apply equally to all users.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
- MP40 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an odds error or technical fault.
- Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and market.
- In live betting, odds can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.

Security & Privacy

- All transactions and personal data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
- MP40 will never ask for your password over the phone or by email. Any such request is fraudulent.
- If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
- MP40 does not sell personal information to third parties.

Responsible Gaming Policy
MP40 believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. We actively promote responsible gaming and are ready to assist any player who finds themselves in difficulty.
- Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- If needed, you can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
- mp40 provides access to specialist counselling resources to help raise awareness of and address problem gambling.
- If an account is identified as belonging to a minor or a at-risk individual, MP40 will take immediate action.
Section 9
Account Suspension or Closure
An account may be closed either by the user or by mp40.
- Users may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
- MP40 reserves the right to close any account without notice if these terms are violated.
- If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure, it will be refunded following verification.
- Balances may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is detected.
- A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Should any complaint or dispute arise, we always prioritize resolution through direct communication.
- You can submit any complaints via email at support@mp40.fun or through our live chat.
- An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
- Complex complaints may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
- If you are not satisfied with MP40's decision, you may seek assistance from an independent mediation body.
Article 11
Terms Update Policy
Mp40 may update these terms when necessary. We always aim to notify users in a timely manner.
- For significant changes, notice will be given at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Notices will be sent via email, platform notifications, or app push notifications.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not accept the updated terms, you may request account closure and receive a refund of your remaining balance.
